The app does not require an account

Bible Journey does not operate a user-account service or send your reading history, saved verses, or personal thoughts to a Bible Journey server. The redesigned app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or live AI service.

What stays on your device

The Bible, daily reflection prompts, bookmarks, personal thoughts, last-read chapter, and reading preferences are stored locally. Local storage is not a separate encrypted journal vault. Your device’s security and backup settings apply. Device backups may include app data.

Widgets and reminders

Widgets display bundled Bible passages; they do not display your private notes. Optional daily reminders use iOS local notifications. Notification permission is requested only when you turn reminders on, and you can disable them in the app or iPhone Settings.

Sharing and exporting

Sharing a verse or exporting thoughts opens your device’s share sheet. You choose the recipient or destination. The service or app you choose handles the shared content under its own policies.

Deleting your information

You can remove saved verses and delete individual thoughts in My Journey. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to your device’s backup and restore behavior. Export anything you want to keep first.

This website and support

This website has no account form or analytics script. Its hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data such as IP addresses. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network request. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond.
